What we want should be an easy question to answer - but often time it’s caught up in concepts of duty, guilt, and shame. Identifying our desires is essential in the practice of tapping into our innate intuition. Conversely, denial of our desire is a direct path to unease and stress. This workshop or coaching session addresses ways to begin allowing innate desire to surface easily, without judgement, and helps to identify the freedom in choosing what to do with those desires once they’ve floated into your awareness and understanding. You’ll end this experience with a new love and understanding of that little voice in your head that asks for what it wants.
